Mark Bowen and Ruxandra Murariu-Boatca, have secured bail on behalf of our client following a contested bail hearing in extradition proceedings at Westminster Magistrate’s Court.
The firm was instructed by our client following his first appearance when bail had been refused. He had been arrested at Heathrow airport upon his return to the UK from abroad on an Interpol red notice issued by the USA. As a result, his bail application had to be prepared at short notice and involved gathering evidence from different jurisdictions.
