Ruxandra Murariu-Boatca // Associate
Ruxandra qualified as a solicitor in September 2019, having successfully completed her training contract at a leading London criminal defence practice. She has extensive experience in criminal defence and extradition law.
She is an accredited police station representative and she regularly attends both the Magistrates’ Court and the Police Station to represent clients. She has experience in the preparation of a broad range of criminal cases in magistrates’ and Crown Court, including offences involving violence, drugs and public disorder.
In extradition, Ruxandra acted for clients who have been arrested on both Part 1 and Part 2 warrants for a wide range of offences.
Ruxandra is devoted to protecting her client’s legal and human rights, as well as achieving the best results for them.
She is a member of the Female Fraud Forum, Women in Criminal Law and Defence Extradition Lawyers Forum.
In addition, Ruxandra speaks Romanian, French and Spanish.
