Committed to Criminal Defence

Owing to the continuing concerns about the spread of the coronavirus and recent advice received from the Government, it has been felt necessary to close the office completely at this time.   We will therefore be closed from Monday 23rd March until further notice. This is to ensure, as best we can, the safety of all staff members, clients and other visitors to the office. However, we are very much open for business and remain available and contactable to all who require our services. We will now be working remotely with the current situation being reviewed on a weekly basis. This is an unprecedented situation and we are grateful for the consideration and patience of all our clients during this difficult period.   Please note the following:   Calls coming into the office will continue to be answered during office hours and the out of hour’s number remains in operation at the weekend and during the evening in case of emergency.   Although the office will be shut we will continue to liaise with our clients by telephone and via Skype conferences.   We will continue to monitor the situation, which is changing daily, and to provide you with further updates on a regular basis.   We would like to thank you for your understanding during these difficult times and we wish you all well.   Shearman Bowen & Co 20th March 2020
