Katerina Pai // Associate
Katerina is a Criminal Defence Solicitor, qualified in July 2025, and a Police Station Accredited Representative.
She acts on a full spectrum of criminal matters, including prosecutions brought by Trading Standards and Local Authorities.
Her caseload includes a range of crimes against the person (violence, drugs or sexual offences), crimes against property and financial crimes (fraud, money laundering).
Katerina represents individuals from police station investigations through to proceedings before Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, including confiscation proceedings. She conducts her own advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court.
Katerina is committed to providing practical, client-focused advice and robust representation at every stage of the criminal justice process.
Katerina completed her LLB and LPC/LMM at Cardiff University. She held a leadership role in the Cardiff Innocence Project, where she examined a Joint Enterprise Murder case for evidence that could have potentially formed grounds to overturn conviction.
Katerina is fluent in Greek (native).
