Annie manages complex litigation, and her work often deals with the intersection of criminal liability and environmental or financial regulations. Her work includes defending high-stakes actions and advising on strategy in cases involving corporate misconduct and confiscation under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
Previously, Annie served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where she specialised in environmental crime. Her work included prosecutions involving industrial explosions and environmental violations—cases that frequently required coordination with US agencies and forensic experts. Her experience in criminal litigation is complemented by her work at an environmental consultancy agency, where she supported major legal efforts in environmental law, including work on a case resulting in a $700 million jury verdict.
