Alice acts for individuals accused of the full range of criminal offences and provides robust, clear and strategic advice throughout the criminal investigation and prosecution, often with success at the early stages.
She trained at a boutique criminal law firm, where she gained a breadth of experience in serious and complex matters. Her caseload includes grave crimes, drug-related offences, serious sexual offences, confiscation proceedings, extradition matters and youth court work.
Alice conducts her own advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court, and has experience in presenting complex legal arguments and acting as trial advocate. On multiple occasions, she has made successful submissions of no case to answer at the close of the prosecution’s case.
Alice has acted for a wide range of clients, including high-profile individuals and professionals facing allegations with potentially serious reputational consequences, as well as highly vulnerable individuals. She is therefore adept at providing tailored and sensitive support.
She undertakes both privately funded and legal aid work and is committed to ensuring that all clients receive meticulous preparation in their case, practical advice and fearless representation.
