Rebecca Cooke // Senior Associate

Rebecca practises exclusively in the defence of individuals prosecuted by the National Crime Agency, Serious Fraud Office, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, the Crown Prosecution Service and Trading Standards.

Rebecca has extensive experience in business and serious crime cases and has recently been involved in a number of lengthy and complex trials before the Old Bailey. She also has particular expertise in matters relating to proceeds of crime and has achieved many positive outcomes for her clients involved in high value cases. She has exceptional client care skills and is dedicated to achieving the very best outcome for her cases.

Rebecca joined Shearman Bowen in 2013 and prior to that worked at leading law firm, Hill Dickinson LLP and Olliers Solicitors in Manchester. She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and is member of the Fraud Lawyers Association, the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association and the Female Fraud Forum.
