Acquittal in arson case at Canterbury CC
07.05.12Shearman Bowen have secured an acquittal for a multi-millionaire director accused of conspiring with others to burn down a property from his high value portfolio. The Crown offered no evidence against our client shortly after the trial had commenced following a series of disclosure requests formulated by senior partner Mark Bowen.
