R v  R - 2006
Large-scale multi-handed drug conspiracy valued at £142 million.
This was coupled with the follow-on confiscation proceedings where the
benefit was alleged to be £6 million.

Operation Aragon - 2006
Multi-handed trial alleging conspiracy to murder in Bristol and London. 
Acquittal after 6 month trial.

R  v  G - 2003
£25 million confiscaton proceedings under the Drug Trafficking Act which was the largest
of its type at the time.

R  v  L - 2004
Appeal in multi-handed cocaine and cannabis conspiracy. 
Convictions quashed due to corruption within Customs & Excise.

R  v  B - 2001
Conspiracy to defraud.
Kingston Crown Court

R  v  K - 2003
Large-scale confiscation proceedings relating to VAT carousel fraud. 
Revenue & Customs sought confiscation 0f £110 million. 
At the time, this was one of the largest confiscation cases of its type.

R  v  W - 2005
Multi-handed conspiracy to import and supply cannabis, valued in the millions. 
Defendant acquitted. 
Birmingham CC

R  v  R - 2005
Chohan murder case. we acted for the lead defendant in the longest murder trial in the
history of the Old Bailey, in 2005. 

R  v  J - 2002
Acted for juvenile in multi-handed rape allegation. 
Client acquitted.

Large-scale multi-handed money laundering allegation .

R  v  M&B - 2004
Conspiracy to evade duty payable on tobacco – multi million pound allegation involving
evidence from foreign jurisdictions.

R  v  W - 2001
Missing trader VAT Fraud. 
Luton Crown Court.

R  v  C - 2003
Large-scale fraud and Inland Revenue.
Snaresbrook Crown Court.

R  v  L - 2005
Conspiracy to Murder.  Allegation involved the hiring of a hit man in revenge killing.
Norwich Crown Court.

R  v  W - 2002
Allegation against solicitor accused of defrauding the legal aid fund. 
Defendant acquitted.
