Robert joined Shearman Bowen as in-house counsel in 2010. Previously he was a member of Dyers Chambers.
During his career he has acted as both leading and junior counsel in serious crime and complex fraud matters both at Crown Court and appellate level. He has a wealth of experience in these areas both as advocate and in providing pre and post charge advice in serious fraud (MTIC,FSA, SFO, professional clients, HMRC) and serious crime matters.
